Certifications
PADI OW minimum. Get certified before arrival. Referral courses in RA take 2 days and cost extra.
Gear
Bring own mask, fins, regulator if owned. Full rental sets provided (6mm wetsuit included).
Documents
Passport 6+ months validity. Indonesia visa ($75 VOA). Proof of onward travel. DAN dive insurance.
Health
Dive medical if 50+ or heart history. Travel insurance is non-negotiable — helicopter evacuation costs $50,000.
Logistics
Fly to Jakarta → domestic to Sorong. We arrange transfers. Bring small IDR bills. No ATMs on vessels.
Real Questions
Yes. Dates, group size, and vessel type can change up to 60 days before departure without penalty. Within 60 days: 10% rescheduling fee unless we have cancellations to absorb.
More than 60 days out: refund their share minus 10% admin. Less than 60 days: 50% refund. Within 14 days: no refund. You can transfer their slot to a friend.
50-50 splits (30% deposit + 50% at 30 days + 20% at 14 days). For larger groups or corporate charters, we structure around your fiscal calendar.
Strongly advised. Evacuation costs exceed $40,000. We can't operate without proof of insurance. DAN (Divers Alert Network) covers diving-specific risks.
Rare in peak season. We offer three options: rescheduled dates at no cost, 75% refund, or transfer to another vessel. 50+ vessels and 10+ years experience — we find solutions.
Groups of 8+ receive 5-10% discount depending on vessel and season. Our Juara Holding Group structure absorbs some costs for large parties. Inquire directly.
