Reset, Breathe, Dive
Sunrise yoga on deck, onboard spa therapists, digital detox, and world-class snorkeling. No resort walls, no schedules, just ocean and intention. From $700/person/night.
Beyond Walls
Every land-based wellness retreat shares the same limitation: walls. No matter how beautiful the resort, you are still contained. A wellness retreat aboard a private yacht eliminates that constraint entirely. Your studio is the open ocean. Your backdrop is 1,500 uninhabited islands.
And the silence — the deep, restorative silence of being anchored in a bay with no other human structure in sight — does more for your nervous system in 48 hours than a month of guided meditation in a concrete room.
What Happens by Day 3
The phone stays in the cabin. Conversations slow down. Sleep deepens. The body remembers what it feels like to exist without a notification cycle.
Guests who wear fitness trackers consistently report heart rate variability improvements of 15-25% by the end of the charter.

Purpose-built wellness

Sessions are adapted daily — gentle restorative after active snorkeling mornings, energizing Vinyasa flow when the group wakes rested.
Three Levels
Soft Detox
Satellite WiFi available for one hour per day — enough to check urgent messages without falling back into the scroll cycle.
Full Detox
WiFi disabled entirely for the charter duration. Satellite phone available for genuine emergencies only.
Deep Detox
Phone collection at embarkation — crew stores devices in a sealed bag until disembarkation. Every guest who has done it says it was the most liberating week of their adult life.
Best Month
Book your wellness charter during November for the intersection of calm seas, warm water (29°C), and the final weeks before the holiday travel rush. November new moon periods produce exceptional bioluminescence — your night snorkel becomes a meditation in living light.
Nourish
Three principles: nutrient density, local sourcing, and flavour that makes you forget you're eating healthy.
Breakfast
Acai and dragon fruit bowls with coconut granola. Fresh juices. Smoothie bowls with local tropical fruits.
Lunch
Grilled reef fish with turmeric cauliflower rice and sambal matah. Light, energizing, locally sourced.
Dinner
Five-course plant-forward tasting menu: tempeh satay, jackfruit curry, raw cacao mousse. Candlelit on deck.
Dietary range: Vegan, vegetarian, raw, keto, gluten-free, and Ayurvedic menus. Send your favourite smoothie recipe or supplement regimen ahead — it will be waiting in your cabin.

Wellness Seekers Ask
Not at all. Our instructors teach all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Sessions are adapted daily based on the group's energy and activity level. If you prefer meditation or breathwork over asana practice, the instructor adjusts accordingly.
The opposite — our chefs create menus so flavourful that guests rarely notice they're eating clean. Indonesian cuisine naturally lends itself to healthy preparation with fresh herbs, spices, grilled fish, and tropical fruits. Indulgences like wine and dessert are available on request.
Yes. Many guests alternate yoga mornings with diving afternoons. The combination of physical stillness (yoga) and immersive movement (diving) creates a uniquely balanced experience. Our crew schedules activities to avoid rushed transitions.
Indoor yoga spaces are available on all premium yachts. The crew relocates to sheltered bays if conditions change — Raja Ampat's geography of thousands of islands means calm anchorage is always within reach. Spa treatments continue regardless of weather.
Executives recovering from burnout, couples seeking reconnection, solo travelers on personal transformation journeys, and yoga teacher groups looking for the most extraordinary retreat setting on the planet. We've also hosted corporate wellness retreats as an alternative to traditional incentive travel.
