By accessing and using the Luxury Raja Ampat website (luxuryrajaampat.com) and services, operated by Juara Holding Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
Services Description
Luxury Raja Ampat operates as a luxury yacht charter, liveaboard, and cruise booking service for Raja Ampat, Indonesia. We act as a curated marketplace connecting discerning travelers with premium vessel operators. Our services include trip planning, vessel selection, itinerary design, booking management, and on-ground coordination.
Booking and Reservations
All booking inquiries submitted through our website are subject to availability confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from our team. Deposit requirements vary by vessel and season but typically range from 30% to 50% of the total charter price.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are indicative and subject to change based on vessel availability, season, group size, and specific requirements. Final pricing is confirmed in your booking agreement. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods specified in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by vessel operator and are specified in your individual booking agreement. General guidelines:
- 90+ days before departure: deposit refund minus administrative fee (10-20%)
- 60-89 days: 50% of total charter price retained
- 30-59 days: 75% of total charter price retained
- Less than 30 days: 100% of total charter price retained (non-refundable)
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and diving-related incidents.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance including medical evacuation coverage is mandatory for all Raja Ampat charter guests. Dive insurance (e.g., DAN or equivalent) is required for all diving participants. Proof of insurance must be provided before departure.
Raja Ampat Entry Requirements
All visitors to Raja Ampat Marine Protected Area must pay the mandatory Marine Park Entry Fee (currently IDR 1,000,000 for international visitors) and obtain a Marine Conservation Permit. Our team assists with permit arrangements, but guests are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport with 6+ months validity, Indonesian visa if required).
Health and Safety
Guests must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their participation in activities. Diving participants must hold valid certification and complete a medical declaration. Vessel operators reserve the right to refuse participation in activities if safety is a concern.
Liability Limitations
Luxury Raja Ampat and Juara Holding Group act as booking agents and intermediaries. While we carefully vet and curate our vessel partners, the vessel operators are independent contractors responsible for the safe operation of their vessels and the delivery of on-board services. Our liability is limited to the booking agency services we provide.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions, pandemics, volcanic eruptions, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will work to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.
Intellectual Property
All content on luxuryrajaampat.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Juara Holding Group and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Website Accuracy
While we strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up-to-date, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of vessel specifications, pricing, availability, or itinerary details. Information is subject to change without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in Bali, Indonesia, in accordance with Indonesian arbitration rules.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
