Arborek Village – Culture Meets Marine Wonder

Arborek is a small Papuan village on its own island in the Dampier Strait, famous for two things: warm cultural welcomes and one of the world’s best jetty snorkels. Beneath the wooden pier, hundreds of batfish, giant trevally, and reef fish create an underwater spectacle accessible to anyone who can put their face in the water.
