To reach Raja Ampat, you'll typically fly to Sorong, the gateway city in West Papua. From major Indonesian cities like Jakarta or Bali, you can take a domestic flight to Sorong.

Once in Sorong, you have several options: board our luxury cruise directly from the harbor, take a speedboat to Waisai (the capital of Raja Ampat Regency), or join our organized transfers that are included in most of our liveaboard packages.

Not necessarily! While many of our liveaboard diving packages are designed for certified divers, we also welcome non-divers and snorkelers. Raja Ampat offers incredible snorkeling opportunities with shallow reefs teeming with marine life.

For those interested in learning to dive, we can arrange PADI certification courses. However, we recommend getting certified before your trip to maximize your diving time in Raja Ampat's spectacular underwater world.

Raja Ampat is a remote paradise, and connectivity is limited in most areas. Most liveaboards, including ours, have limited or no internet access while at sea. This is part of the authentic experience – a true digital detox!

Some of our luxury vessels offer satellite internet for essential communications, though it may be slow and intermittent. We recommend informing family and friends in advance that you'll be largely offline during your trip.

Mobile phone coverage is available in Sorong and Waisai, but minimal to non-existent in most of Raja Ampat's diving areas.
